Orders over $1000 are 30% down, 70% Net 30.

WARRANTY

 All new machines, with spare parts, accessories, attachments, and necessary tools are warranted for one year from the date of installation, first commercial use, or 60 days after arrival of the equipment at the buyer’s plant, whichever comes first.        

 

Using the machine for production fabrication prior to final acceptance, or modifying the machine without factory authorization, nullifies all warranty provisions.

 

The warranty extends to all parts, equipment, and programs that have been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Jesse Engineering will take positive action to correct a warranty problem. The remedy, at the discretion of Jesse Engineering, will include communication/instruction, sending replacement parts for installation by the buyer, using local repairpersons, and/or sending a factory representative.

 

Jesse Engineering reserves the right to modify the specified design or to change components at any time as part of design or component improvements or revisions.

FIELD SERVICE AREAS & MINIMUM DAYS

Puget Sound area = daily rate pro-rated, no down payment or minimum days

Pacific Northwest (includes WA, OR, CA and ID) = 2 days minimum

USA & Canada = 3 days minimum

International = 4 days minimum

Daily Rates: US$1050 US & Canada / US$1275 International

Terms: Down payment for minimum days required for service outside of the Puget Sound area

EXPENSES

Expenses incurred by the field representative in connection with the service are billed at cost.  This includes all travel and lodging expenses as well as meals and other items incidental to the service.  The cost of rental cars and their operation is also billed at cost.  Airfare within the Pacific Time Zone will be economy class, all other destinations will be Business Class and will be billed at cost.  Travel days are billed at 50% of the daily rate.  Please contact us for a field service quote.

FLIGHTS within Pacific Time Zone  - ECONOMY CLASS 

FLIGHTS outside Pacific Time Zone - BUSINESS CLASS
RENTAL CAR AT COST Rental auto charges to airport and return will be charged at cost.  Any commercial carrier or rental auto charges incurred while on the job site will be charged at cost.  Any tolls or parking fees incurred while on the job site will be charged at cost.
LIVING EXPENSES AT COST Lodging will be billed at cost.  Or, at Jesse Engineering's choice in lieu of hotel, a full per diem of $75/Day will be charged.  This includes Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Travel Days
