Pipe Bender Tooling

     

Unlike some machine builders, Jesse Engineering also manufactures the tooling for our pipe benders.  With over 19,000 square feet of machine shops, and CNC machine tools, we can control the manufacturing process to ensure quality products and low cost.  And we can be responsive to your schedule.

  
     
   
1. Bend Die (form die): Normally heat treated cast or plate alloy steel.
 2. Pressure Die (follower die):

Normally mild steel. Reversible
 3. Clamp Insert: 

Normally very hard alloy steel, serrated.
4. Mandrel:  Chrome plated, heat treated alloy steel, or aluminum bronze depending on the material to be bent.
5. Wiper Die: Aluminum bronze, designed for re-cutting.
